The programme

One governed workspace for Filipino talent and global hiring teams — not an open marketplace.

Click AI
Scores beyond keywords
Résumés and job briefs are analysed for strengths, gaps, and a clear role-fit score — so every shortlist starts with signal, not noise.
How AI matching works
Privacy first
Shortlists, not a marketplace
No open talent database. Staff release redacted profiles to hiring teams — you express interest, then Click Match coordinates the next step.
Governed programme
Humans stay in the loop
Recruiters guide matches from interest to interview to placement. Employment and payroll run through Core Support Hub where applicable.
